Introduction

HGZP-45/75D is an intelligent high-speed double-discharge tablet press that continuously presses powders and granules into different shapes and sizes.

Main Features

High level of equipment intelligence. This series of tablet presses can monitor and analyze the pressure and deviation of each punch in real time, automatically correct the filling depth of the powder in time, control the filling amount, achieve stable tablet weight, improve the tablet qualification rate, and reduce production costs.

Residual powder recycling system. The powder return turntable will recycle the residual powder flowing out of the gap of the feeder to the powder return turntable under the power of the main turntable for secondary use. There is basically no powder on the turntable surface, which improves the utilization efficiency of raw materials.

The design adds an overall Parallel movement system for the punches, which moves the position of the upper and lower main pressing wheels at an equal distance as a whole to realize the movement of the tablet forming position and extend the service life of the machine and punches.
