TMAX-110 is a newly designed and coin-cell crimper with lighter weight and a smaller footprint. The crimper is suitable for sealing various types of coin cells such as CR2032,CR2025,and CR2016 with included die. It can also crimp CR2325, CR2450, AG3, AG5 and other special size cases with optional die sets. In addition, customers can easily replace the original die for disassembling purpose. it is an ideal tool for operations in a glove box.   

Application

It's also used for coin cell disassemble in laboratory research .It's suitable for CR20 serial ,CR24 serial button cell ,

with optional it can be used for other size of coin cell research .

It's designed with built-in pressure gauge ,pressure adjustable .

Pressure can be observed & controlled exactly by pressure gauge . Max 8T.

If battery got stuck when operation ,battery can be easily taken out  by twisting the screw arbor on the top the device.

With crimping die ,this device can be used for coin cell crimping ,CR20,CR24 and other size coin cell .

Very easy to change  die .
