Heated Vacuum Chunk

1. Vacuum chuck made of aluminum alloy with the small hole

2. The small vacuum pump is built inside coater driven by 24DC motor

3. Vacuum chuck Area:  150mm (L) x 130mm (W)

4. Heating elements are installed inside chuck which can reach 120ºC Max.

5. Precision digital temperature controller with +/- 1ºC accuracy

6. One high temperature temped glass plate is put on the vacuum chuck, and substrate will be put on the top
