200C Lab Flat Slot Die Coater Machine For Solar/Fuel Cell Film Coating

It is a flat plate extrusion coater with a 500mmLX400mmW vacuum suction cup and bottom heater, which can coat films between 5-100 microns thick onto a 400mm L x 380 mmW flat plate by means of a special extrusion head fixture. The bottom is equipped with four precision rollers to make the extrusion coating uniform and low cost. It is a good equipment for studying perovskite solar cell film, fuel cell proton exchange film and battery electrode.

(left photo) The gap between the extrusion head and the base is adjusted by 2 digital dial gauges, and the adjustment accuracy is ± 1um (Figure 2) Multiple extrusion heads can be customized according to customer requirements and fixed on the roller type moving frame (Figure 3-4)
