Applications

 

The ZB-910 small flat vulcanizing machine is suitable for pressing various molded products, such as rubber and plastic, and is also applicable to thin sheet products.

Performance characteristics

 

The main unit is of a four-column integral structure, with an upward pressing type. It is divided into three parts: the main unit, the oil tank and the electrical control box. The electric heating is controlled by an automatic temperature controller in three channels, which can be adjusted freely within the range of 20 to 200 degrees. Once the temperature is reached, the circuit can automatically maintain a constant temperature. After the set vulcanization time is achieved, an automatic alarm will sound.
