ZP-27D is the Fourth Generation automatic rotary tablet press machine and is suitable for continuously pressing powder and particle into round tablets, special-shaped tablets, double color and annular tablet. maximum press diameter 25mm, maximum capacity 90,000pcs/h, maximum depth of filling 35mm, it is suitable for pressing that material that is difficult formed into tablet, meet the requirements of cGMP production.

Main Features

 

High efficiency and high cost performance. This machine adopts double pressure, with 27 sets of molds, maximum press diameter is 25mm,maximum pressure is 120kn,maximum capacity is 90,000 pcs/h,maximum depth filling is 35mm.

It meets the requirements of cGMP.The whole shell is made of stainless steel, and the chamber is separated from the outside environment by the organic glass, with good sealing. All the contacting parts of the tablet press meet the requirements of "no poison, no odor and corrosion prevention". The turntable is made of nodular castiron and strictly implemented for 12 months,which is hard, wearable, non-toxic and smooth,which fullymeets the requirements of cGMP.

The design adds an overall Parallel movement system for the punches, which moves the position of the upper and lower main pressing wheels at an equal distance as a whole to realize the movement of the tablet forming position and extend the service life of the machine and punches.
