1. Device Functions

Used for helium gas charging and inserting rubber sealing nail into prismatic cell.

      

2. Brief Workflow Description:

l Manually place the prismatic cell into the fixture

l Insert the rubber sealing nail into the nail insert fixture

l Start the device

l The nail insert fixture moves downward

l Begin vacuum extraction

l Fill helium gas into the battery

l The electrolyte from the liquid storage cup enters the filling port (the electrolyte buffer then flows back into the battery)

l Nailing Needle inserts the rubber sealing nail into the battery filling port

l Open the fixture

l Manually remove the battery after the rubber sealing nail are inserted

3. Compatible cell dimensions:

Please note that this equipment is tailored for a single prismatic cell size within the specified range. However, by adjusting or modifying certain parts and components, this machine can accommodate other prismatic cell sizes (note that an extra quote is needed for the new fixtures required for different cell sizes).

6.2. Compressed Air: 0.25~0.75Mpa; air pressure fluctuation ±1% (clean air after water removal, oil-free, filtration, and stabilization).
