The mixing and dispersion of various common battery powders and liquids ultimately results in a uniformly mixed battery slurry. Very suitable for high viscosity process.

The viscosity range suitable for working conditions is ≤ 1.2 million cP.

Safety interlock system

Safety lock during operation: When the machine is running for mixing, the mixing drum cannot be lowered or opened.

Preventing vacuum pipeline backflow: Special vacuum buffer tank design can effectively prevent the phenomenon of vacuum pump oil backflow to the mixing drum

Operation fault stop: The frequency converter comes with overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, leakage, and phase loss protection

Mixing bucket lifting: The mixing bucket can only be lifted after it is in place.

The mixing drum cannot be lowered without vacuum discharge (without restoring normal pressure).

The mixing bucket can only be started when it rises to the desired position and disperses at high speed.

After the mixing bucket rises to the designated position, it is equipped with a locking protection system to prevent abnormal falling of the mixing bucket when it rises to the high position during operation.

During the dry mixing stage, it is necessary to rotate the stirring paddle while lifting the bucket.
