2. Working Principles and Brief Descriptions of Equipment
This machine is fully automatic production equipment used for peeling off the PVC film of batteries after they have been wrapped. The main principle of this equipment involves feeding from a hopper, heating the battery with a hot air gun, rotating the battery for laser film cutting, mechanical hand demolding, and collecting materials in an A4 box uniformly and smoothly.

Feeding from the hopper into the box → Heating channel with hot air blower → Rotating battery → Laser cutting film → Demolding at both ends → Conveyor belt buffering → Automatic boxing into A4 material box
