1. Equipment Description
1.1 Working Principle: A cam mechanism power transmission device generates intermittent motion; the device uses a copper sleeve guide seat in combination with high-precision, high-frequency guide rods to create tremendous pressure, pressing the battery case and cover to the dimensions required by the process to achieve the purpose of battery sealing.
1.2 Performance Features: The equipment integrates electrical and mechanical systems, with the production process fully automated and controlled by PLC. It features low energy consumption, low cost, high efficiency, high precision, easy maintenance, and a low failure rate.
2. The equipment comprises several key components:
A Section: Cam Mechanism uses a precision hydraulic cylinder for generating high pressure. It features low noise, touch screen operation for manual fine-tuning, and an intelligent human-machine interface for ease of use.
B Section: Feeding Unit includes an extended conveyor to increase material layout and reduce manual labor. It utilizes durable, high-precision NEY bearings and a TWT motor for accurate material transport to stations.
C Section: Pushing Unit is equipped with intelligent sensors for precise battery positioning, with a double-axis, single-cylinder mechanism to facilitate pre-sealing processes.
D Section: Clamping Unit uses spring-pressured bilateral die-bases for clamping and sealing, made from durable heat-treated steel. The high-precision molds, treated for wear and corrosion resistance, can exceed a lifespan of 600,000 pieces and feature a usage counter.
E Section: Discharge Unit automatically moves finished batteries to the discharge chute, optimized for single-operator control to reduce labor costs.
F Section: Electrical Systems employs a Mitsubishi control program for safety. It includes a manual mode for setup and “emergency stop” functions, seamless switching to automatic mode, safety light curtains, and auto-alerts for anomalies.
