1. Equipment Overview
This machine is suitable for the electrolyte filling and absorption process of prismatic cells.

2. Process Flow
1. Manually place the prismatic cell into the fixture.
2. Start the equipment.
3. The liquid storage cup presses down to contact the cell's filling nozzle.
4. The sealing rod opens and vacuuming begins simultaneously.
5. Once the vacuum is achieved, the sealing rod seals the cell.
6. The liquid storage cup starts the electrolyte filling process.
7. After filling, the sealing rod enters the cell to seal the filling port.
8. Alternately apply vacuum and nitrogen until all electrolyte in the storage cup is absorbed.
9. Open the absorption box.
10. The absorption box retracts.
11. Manually remove the cell after filling.
