Lithium Battery Air Tightness Tester

1. This series supports leak test methods such as leak test, positive pressure test and negative pressure test. The range of leak test is - 85kpa ~ 800kpa.

2. The 7-inch touch screen is used as the human-machine interface, which can easily monitor the test results and set various parameters during the leakage test.

3. It has the alarm function of qualified / unqualified products, which can eliminate the possibility of manual misjudgment and false inspection.

4. It can accept the control of external sensor and switch button, and can control the external relay, solenoid valve and other executive components to realize the full automation of test.

5. With test data recording function, it can store 8000 test data for 24 hours

6. Testing units: kPa, PA, MPa, bar.

7. With optional external barcode scanning module, it can automatically read the current product information and upload the test data to the computer through RS485 for saving.
