Main Features

 

Meet cGMP requirements. The entire shell is made of stainless steel, and the tablet pressing chamber is isolated from the external environment by organic glass, with good sealing performance. All parts of the tablet pressing chamber that come into contact with the drug meet the requirements of "non-toxic, odorless, and anti-corrosion".

The turntable is made of ductile iron QT50o, pressed by solid rods, with strong hardness, corrosion resistance,heat resistance,wear resistance,and good system stability.

This tablet press has a turntable with double dust suction, six upper and lower dust suction ports, good powder removal effect, and a clean turntable surface.

Low noise. The upper and lower rails are made of cast steel GCr15, with scientifically designed arc and angle of the rails, large-angle linear structure, smooth mold operation,and low noise.
