ZP-27/73D is a sixth-generation automatic rotary tablet press that continuously presses powders and granules into three-color tablets. It is specially designed for the production of three-color tablets. It has high pressure and is suitable for materials that are difficult to press and corrosive materials. It meets cGMP standards.

Main Features

 

Meet cGMP requirements. The entire shell is made of stainless steel, and the tablet pressing chamber is isolated from the external environment by organic glass, with good sealing performance. All parts of the tablet pressing chamber that come into contact with the drug meet the requirements of "non-toxic, odorless, and anti-corrosion".

This series of tablet presses is equipped with a pressure overload protection device. Once overloaded, it will automatically shut down to avoid equipment damage.

The transmission system is independently modularized and set below the main body of the machine, effectively preventing trace debris generated by the friction of the machine from contaminating the drug.

Digital display adjustment: filling depth and pressure adjustment are digitalized, and the adjustment is more precise and convenient.
